"Here is my secret. It is very simple: It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye.."- Antoine de Saint Exupéry

After a very intense day I am left with the taste of how very impredictible life can be. Sometimes we are next to someone we know and they have a heart attack in a moment. Or a bad epileptic seizure. Or a psychotic episode that you would have never imagined. Life, death, disease, hope, depression, pain, all real and intense to the core,  I have lived this and I see it live every day.
Yes, life can be very extreme for some people, all the time. And yes, you are strong and you deal with it but  it can still surprise you every day, because life’s posibilities are beyond our imagination.
If you are ever in an extreme situation remember this one simple and golden piece of advice: keep calm, breath and think. Evaluate the situation. And if you feel that you can’t deal with it on your own just ask for help. Learn by heart the phone numbers for Police and Ambulance, you never know when you will need to use them.
Do your best. Trust your instinct. And you will see that all will end up all right.
Much love to you all.

    • Thank you very much my dear Felicia. I have come to the conclusion that a simple thing shared can help. Every day I see people that don’t know how to deal in the extreme moments. Little things can change lives, sometimes even save lives….
