Lake District
I took a walk in the land of still waters and running springs
Where clouds embrace hills and peace touches all creature.
Pungent colours, earthly and alive
Separate the core of the earth from the cross of the sky.
Raws of walls separate raw beauty.
Sheep and red squirrels live happily ever after
With Beatrix Potter in the shiny heart of the Lakes.

have a beautiful day!
The morning is beautiful, especially for those that are still up…
The sun rises slowly among the trees of the forest… A privileged view for a mortal like me…
A squirrel runs on the grass in front of the fence, stands up holding an acorn in her little paws and concentrates on nothing else then smelling it…
A sparrow stops on the edge of my window, inspects me with a vigilent eye and then flies away, getting lost among the bare trees, few meters away…
Voices of birds awaken as the sun comes up on the sky… The perfect peace feeling.. I know, not many would stand living that close to nature, away from gadgets and busy city life and shops and cafes and subways…
I make myself a cup of coffee and stirring the two cubes of sugar I return to sit by the window and just think of nothing else but what I see…
It is an absolute balance unfolding out there, in which every root of grass and every little creature has her part… As if the universe were an absolute beautiful kaleidoscope of situations and colors constantly changing and moving under my eyes…
Try a moment of silence, every day. A look outside, a thought about something else than the usual worries…
The sun shines , have a beautiful day!
